Material

SemiSono is a semi flexible sound attenuator consists of single layer corrugated perforated aluminium AL 99,5 inner duct and provided with a laminated aluminum and polyester outer jacket.

The space between the inner and outer duct is filled with 25 mm sound absorbing material.

The duct is in 3-meter length without steel caps or fitted with stainless steel caps both ends.

Caps are used for easy connection to any rigid ductwork, pipes and fitings.

Application:
SemiSono is designed for air conditioning systems, ventilation systems and machine noise reduction.

Resolves the problems of measures inaccuracy and saves the time of installation and material.

Product construction:
The product Flexible duct „ SemiSono “include the following components:
– Inner core: 1 Layer of 0,09 mm semi flexible alu
– Insulation: a glass wool with 25 mm thick and 16 kg/m³ density
– Outer core: 3 Layers – 1 layer of 7 μm Aluminium and 2 layers of 12 μm Polyester
– Non-Woven barrier between insulation and inner duct
– Optional: Stainless steel caps
– Optional: PVC ring (MM – 2 pcs, MF – 1 pcs)
